We use 1 grade and superior grade Dense Pine and its pre dried.
Our lumber is treated for Swingset construction and it comes with a Lifetime Warranty
Full size 4" x 4" uprights and A-frame 2" x 6" and 2" x 4" Framing
5/4" decking & 1" x 6" panels and roof boards.
We round the edges and hand sand each wooden part to prevent splintering.
We use rust proof wood screws no nails.
We use Stainless Steel 3/8" bolts, washers, lock washers, nuts.
We use Deep T-Nuts made for us and treated just for Swingset construction
We recess the bolt holes that can come in contact with users.
We use heavy duty swing hangers that bolt though the swing beam.
We use a bolted double 2" x 6" beam system that is stronger and far less warping then solid 4" x 6" beams
We use real heavy duty swings, and slides.
Our ladders are slanted and slotted for easy entry rock wall entry is also slanted.
While most Swingsets are built for child less than 110 lbs a Classic Swingset can be enjoyed by the entire family.
